Visa Update: New Bank and Payment Options for Applicants

Effective June 1, 2020, the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines will change its banking partner to Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) from Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).  Visa applicants should pay the non-refundable, non-transferable Machine Readable Visa (MRV) application fee at any RCBC branch.  To find an RCBC branch, please visit their website at www.rcbc.com/branch-finder.

The visa application fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.  Applicants must print and present to the bank the applicable U.S. visa application deposit slip available at www.ustraveldocs.com/ph.

Applicants will receive a receipt after paying the application fee, please safeguard the original receipt as you may be asked to present it.  The receipt is valid for one year from the date of payment and can be used to schedule an interview.  Once the receipt has expired, applicants cannot schedule an interview and will need to pay the fee anew.
