Message for U.S. Citizens:  Upcoming Remote Services in Dumaguete City on February 8, 2024

We are pleased to announce details for our remote services event in Dumaguete City on February 8, 2024, offering a range of consular and Veterans Affairs services.

Services Offered:

American Citizens Services (services offered 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.)

  • Notarial services
  • Acceptance of Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applications
  • Acceptance of U.S. passport applications

Dept. of Veterans Affairs Manila Regional Office (services offered 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

  • Registration/enrollment and scheduling with outpatient clinic
  • Assistance with the Foreign Medical Program and My HealtheVet
  • Application for the Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC)
  • Immunizations, health assessments, and patient education by the Nursing Team
  • Suicide prevention information and mental health assessments
  • Assistance with healthcare concerns by the Patient Advocate

Social Security Administration

  • Remote telephone assistance will be provided during this event.

Location:  Ground Zero Restaurant, San Juan Street, Dumaguete: Google Maps location

Date:  February 8. 2024

Time:  Sign-ups begin at 7:30 a.m.  Services are on a first come, first served basis.

Note:  ACS services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  VA services will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Please arrive early to ensure service, bringing originals and photocopies of all required documents.

We can only accept Philippine Pesos in exact change.

Please note:  Due to expected high volume, we encourage you to arrive early and be prepared.  Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
