Message for U.S. Citizens: Outreach in Angeles City on February 9, 2023, and Olongapo City on February 10, 2023
The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit will provide the following services:
- Acceptance of U.S. passport applications
- Acceptance of Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applications
- Notary services
Angeles City, Pampanga
Date: Thursday, February 9, 2023
Time: 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (may accept signups as early at 6:30 a.m.)
Venue: Widus Hotel and Casino Park – Terra Hall (5400 Manuel A. Roxas Hwy, Clark Freeport, Zone, 2023 Pampanga, Philippines)
Olongapo City, Zambales
Date: Friday, February 10, 2023
Time: 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (may accept signups as early at 6:30 a.m.)
Venue: Mansion Garden Hotel (Dewey Avenue corner Bonifacio Street, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City, Zambales 2222)
We will accept customers for services from 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on a first come, first served basis. We anticipate having to turn away some late-arriving customers due to volume, so please arrive promptly and come with all required documents for your citizenship and passport services prepared.
Applicants for Citizenship and Passport services must read all information on the U.S. Embassy website and come prepared to ensure efficient processing of each application.
Payment for services will only be accepted in Philippine pesos. Exact change only. Service fees are as follows:
- Adult (16 and above) Passport Application (DS11): PHP 9570
- Minor (under 16) Passport Application (DS11): PHP 7830
- Passport Renewal (minor DS11): PHP 7830
- Passport Renewal (adult DS82): PHP 7540
- Consular Report of Birth Abroad: PHP 5800
- Notarial: PHP 2900
ACS has received confirmation that:
Representatives from the Bureau of Immigration and the Philippine Retirement Agency will be present at both events.
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs representatives will only be at our February 10 event in Olongapo City.
VA Regional Office will:
- Field general inquiries on available VA benefits
- Field inquiries on specific pending claims for benefits
- Assist in filling out VA application forms for various benefits such as compensation, pension, death benefits, burial benefits, claim for dependents and change of address
VA Outpatient Clinic will:
- Field inquiries on Foreign Medical Plan (FMP)
- Schedule medical appointments
- Determine medical care eligibility
- MyHealth-E Vet enrollment/assistance
- Nurse onsite for preventive health checks (vaccinations such as Flu, Pneumonia, Tetanus Diphtheria, etc.)
Social Security Administration representatives will not attend these outreach events. ACS will not provide any Social Security services during our outreach. For general information visit www.SocialSecurity.gov.
